1. Positioning and Labeling
- Present and sell products strictly as research-use-only, not for human or animal consumption.
- Carry the full legend on product pages and packaging: “FOR RESEARCH USE ONLY,” “NOT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION,” and “NOT INTENDED TO DIAGNOSE, TREAT, CURE, OR PREVENT ANY DISEASE.”
- Tie every unit to a batch/lot identifier mapped to a certificate of analysis (COA), and make the COA available.
2. Prohibited
- No human-use, therapeutic, dosing, administration, or disease claims, and no drug or brand names implying an approved medicine.
- No earnings or income claims (see the Acceptable Use Policy).
- No sale of prohibited SKUs, including GLP-1 compounds (which are handled only through a separate, licensed telehealth pathway, not the RUO channel) or controlled substances.
- No before/after, testimonial, or imagery implying human use.
3. Required Practices
- Use only compliant, Company-permitted claims; submit materials for pre-publication review where required.
- Display required warnings, including California Proposition 65, where applicable.
- Maintain written substantiation for any objective claim at the time it is made.
- Notify Company of any regulatory contact within twenty-four (24) hours and any adverse event within forty-eight (48) hours.
Seller Attestation
By accepting this Policy at sign-up (checkbox, versioned and IP-logged), Merchant attests that:
- Merchant is a bona fide seller of research materials and sells strictly for research use, not for human or animal consumption;
- Merchant is of legal age and authorized to bind its business, and is not a sanctioned or prohibited party (OFAC);
- Merchant will comply with this Policy and the Acceptable Use Policy; and
- Merchant is solely responsible, as operator of record, for the regulatory consequences of how it markets, sells, and distributes its products.
