Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs all use of the RUO Pro platform and is incorporated into the Platform Subscription Agreement and the Client Services Agreement. Company may review activity and may suspend, restrict, remove content, or terminate for a violation. Capitalized terms have the meanings given in the agreement that incorporates this AUP.

1. Prohibited Products and Uses

You may not use the Platform to offer, market, or facilitate:

  • products or activities that are illegal where offered, or controlled or scheduled substances you are not authorized to handle;
  • research-use-only products marketed, labeled, or sold for human or animal consumption, or otherwise presented for human use;
  • weapons, explosives, or other categorically prohibited goods; or
  • any use that infringes intellectual property, violates privacy, or breaches applicable law.

2. Prohibited Content and Claims

You may not publish or transmit:

  • earnings, income, or “passive income” claims, except as expressly authorized and substantiated in writing by Company with any required Earnings Claim Statement;
  • human-use, therapeutic, dosing, disease, or drug claims regarding research-use-only products;
  • false, deceptive, or unsubstantiated claims, fabricated testimonials, or false scarcity;
  • content that restricts, penalizes, or conditions any benefit on a customer review (which is prohibited by the Consumer Review Fairness Act); or
  • malware, or content that is defamatory, harassing, or unlawful.

3. Platform Security

You may not scrape, overload, probe, or attempt to circumvent the Platform’s limits, security, or access controls, or use it to send unlawful communications.

4. Enforcement

Action. Company may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, suspend or restrict access, or terminate. Company may act immediately where a violation creates legal, security, or regulatory risk.

Reporting. Report suspected abuse or infringement to legal@ruopro.com. Company follows a notice-and-takedown process for claimed intellectual-property infringement.
